METHOD FOR SIMULATING KIDNEY TUBERCULOSIS Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC G09B23/28

Abstract RU 2776130 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely phthisiology and urology, and can be used to simulate kidney tuberculosis in an experiment. The method involves the introduction of a culture of tuberculosis mycobacterium into the cortical layer of the kidney. At the same time, a fine needle puncture of the cortical layer of the parenchyma of the lower pole of the kidney is performed under ultrasound control to the rabbit, after which a suspension of a standardized strain of M. tuberculosis H37Rv is injected through a puncture needle in a dose of 106 microbial cells in 0.2 ml of saline solution.

EFFECT: invention provides for the creation of an experimental model close to the clinical course of the disease, using minimally invasive surgical intervention and reducing the risk of postoperative complications.
