FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of am manufacturing includes preparation of sugar syrup, preparation, dosing and adding fruit and berries filler and Japan laminaria to syrup, mixing, boiling. Japan laminaria is processed with water vapour during 10-30 minutes, strained into puree and added in quantity 5-15% mass of fruit and berries filler 15-20 minutes before boiling finishing.
EFFECT: method allows to keep nutritious substances in laminaria to the maximum, enlighten its taste and smell in the jam.
