SUBSTANCE: proposed is a system for inserting an eye-lens, with two turning mechanisms. The first mechanism is made with possibility of turning of the stabilising ring of the intraocular lens, and the second mechanism is made with possibility of turning of the intraocular lens.

EFFECT: system allows for inserting all components of a multi-component lens system into the capsular sack.
