FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vertebrology. Technical result lies in normalisation of tone of muscle groups of neck, shoulder girdle, back, restoration and consolidation of physiological motor stereotype. Method includes application of Kinesio tapes symmetrically from both sides of spine. First pair of Kinesio tapes is applied along spine from VII cervical vertebra to sacral bone on paravertebral lines. Second pair is applied from VII cervical vertebra on external third of clavicle along deltoid muscle to the middle of humeral bone; third pair is applied from external edge of scapula angle, skirting it from medial side to upper angle, fourth pair - from VII thoracic vertebra on lateral edge of scapula along deltoid muscle to the middle of humoral bone. Kinesio tapes are applied for 6-7 months. They are worn without taking off for 3 days with 4-day break.
EFFECT: method relieves pain syndrome, normalises tone of muscle groups of neck, shoulder girdle and back and restores physiological motor stereotype.
