FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, sports medicine and orthopaedics, and can be used at treating of cervical and thoracic osteochondrosis. For this, a set of exercises is carried out for 15 sessions. With that 7 exercises are consistently performed. Patient performs 12 repetitions, each repetitive movement for at least 4 seconds. In total, 3 approaches are performed with an interval of 30 seconds.
EFFECT: method ensures obtaining persistent therapeutic effect in a short time and a regression of clinical symptoms.
