SUBSTANCE: invention concerns radiotechnology, particularly materials radiotransparent in ultra high frequency band, and can be applied in protection of radiolocator receivers against exposure. Double-layer solid radiotransparent plate includes internal layer of glass-fiber plastic and external layer of highly durable dielectric. The plate used corundum ceramics reinforced with atoms of transition 3d - elements, particularly chrome, titanium, iron, as external dielectric. Reinforced corundum ceramics can be exposed to a beam of ultra high frequency radiation with frequency above transparency limit to generate inverted population of energy levels in corundum layer.

EFFECT: enhanced dynamic durability and radiotransparency of external shock-resistant dielectric layer.
