FIELD: microwave technology.
SUBSTANCE invention relates to microwave technology. A symmetrical slot line microwave and EHF signal transmission containing a slot with a conductive coating located on one side of a plane-parallel dielectric substrate, the dielectric ihat is installed in the slot and completely fills the slot, a composition based on hardening compounds with a dielectric filler with a high degree of adhesion to the dielectric substrate and to the conductive coating forming the slot is used as the dielectric filler in the slot. Conductive plates are fixed on the edges of the conductive coating, which form the slot, and electrically connected to the conductive coating forming a local increase in the conductive coating thickness, and the conductive plates thickness is 0.005 to 0.25 mm and the dielectric filler content in the composition used as a dielectric filler for the slot is 30 to 80%.
EFFECT: invention provides possibility to improve electrical characteristics of a symmetrical slot signal transmission line in a hybrid microwave and EHF integrated circuit.
