FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: inventions concern medical diagnostics and are intended for performance of analyses for determination of percentage of haemoglobin. Device versions include the first solid substrate with the well for sample collecting, the reference well and the reactionary well, connected through the first capillaries. The second solid substrate includes apertures for connection of the first and second substrate. The membrane has a zone of capture and is connected to the reactionary well through the second capillary channel. Versions differ with presence of a mixing slug in the reference well. The ways includes device use, placing of the sample in the sample well, diluent addition, determination of total hemoglobin from the reference well and total HbAlc from a zone of capture and separation of total HbAlc on total haemoglobin for reception of percentage of haemoglobin.
EFFECT: isolation and an exception of pollution of the sample.
