SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, in particular to immunology, and concerns the way of estimation of joint action of glucocorticoids and intrleukin-7 on functional maturing of T-lymphocytes of newborns. The way consists in stimulation of T-lymphocytes maturing process in a cell culture with glucocorticoids and interleukin-7 with the subsequent calculation of the synergistic action index of glucocorticoids and interleukin-7 as relation of T-cells quantity producing interferon in cell cultures with antibodies, interleukin-7 and glucocorticoids added to quantity of interferon producers in cell cultures where only antibodies and interleukin-7 are added; and at value of the index more than 1.0, - conclusion about stimulation of functional maturing of T-lymphocytes under the influence of glucocorticoids and interleukin-7 is made.

EFFECT: possibility to carry out fundamental and clinical researches of specific mechanisms regulating aging of T-lymphocytes of newborns.
