FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a method for interferon-γ producing T-lymphocyte test in chronic lymphatic leukaemia. Substance of the method consists in the fact that intracellular transport is inhibited by brefeldin A in a cell culture and immediately treated with fluorescein isothiocyanate labelled anti-CD3 antibodies; that is followed by stimulation of interferon-γ synthesis, fixation, permeabilisation, dyeing with phycoerythrin-labelled anti-interferon-γ monoclonal antibodies and cytometry; a matching of the fluorescent label of a CD3-marker in the cell culture and that determined by the reference method is witnessed.
EFFECT: using declared method enables eliminating the effect of chemical agents activating interferon-γ synthesis, such as phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate and ionomycin calcium salt on CD3 molecule expression on a lymphocyte membrane that provides higher accuracy of interferon-γ producing T-lymphocyte test in a human body.
