FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer vision and can be used in video cameras and HR cameras. In compliance with the invention, photo receiving cell comprises readout circuit, red, green and blue component detectors, made up of solid-state 1st-type conductance horizontal areas located in illumination zone on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd depths, relative to the structure surface, optimised with respect to maximum absorption of red, green and blue components of radiation, are connected via p-n-transitions by the areas of the 1st and/or 2nd conductance type. Note here that impurity concentration distribution allows introducing additional 2nd-type conductance areas to be located outside irradiated areas adjoining aforesaid 2nd-type conductance areas.

EFFECT: increased or balanced out dynamic range of detectors, reduced cell sizes.
