FIELD: communication facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns communication systems. First terminal (T) includes communication session control unit for launching SCTP communication session for interaction with second T over Internet and discontinuing SCTP communication session between first and second T; unit collecting information on channel level by receiving beacon signals from multiple base stations (BS) connected to router linked to the Internet and storing beacon signals in data base of channel level state; signal intensity detection unit, which, when first T enters overlapping coverage area of first communication area controlled by first BS and second communication area controlled by second BS, while SCTP communication session is established between first and second T, detects intensity of beacon signal transmitted by second BS, basing on data base of channel level state; and token pass unit, which adds IP address received from the second BS to SCTP communication session established between two T's if detected beacon signal intensity exceeds first value, and requests the second T to interact with the first T using IP address received from the second BS if detected beacon signal intensity exceeds second critical value.

EFFECT: reduced investment in network equipment, improved efficiency of token pass.
