FIELD: TV systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to TV system operated in complicated conditions of illumination and/or varying-brightness. Proposed system uses optimum CCD matrix accumulation for two periodical sequences of video signal frames and records two successive shots with the help of RS-trigger, sync pulse selector and preset-and-switch unit connected in series. Note that time interval between two successive shots is set equal to half-cycle of counter-divider pulse interval.

EFFECT: compensating distortions of images in complicated illumination conditions.
