FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: person is steady-load tested in showing a sequence of paired light pulses of length 200 ms repeated over constant time interval 1 sec divided by pulse separation 70 ms. Periodically, threshold pulse separation whereat two pulses are fused, is determined by successive approximation method. Then the dynamics chart of threshold pulse separation is plotted with coordinate axes "threshold pulse separations" - "testing time". Fatigue state of a person is determined by sharp fall time of threshold pulse separations.
EFFECT: high-precise determination of personal fatigue extent.
