FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to medicine and medical appliances and may be used in sport medicine. Testee is given a test with constant strain and is exposed to a sequence of pair light pulses of 200 ms long, divided by interpulse interval of 70 ms, repeating through a constant time interval of 1 s long. Periodically by the method of successive iteration threshold interpulse interval is determined, whereat two pulses rune into one another, simultaneously heart rate (HR) is determined. Charts of dynamic of the threshold interpulse interval in coordinates "threshold interpulse interval value - duration of test" and dynamic of the HR in coordinates "HR value-duration of test". HR value in natural running condition is set according to the time of the when the chart of dynamic of the threshold interpulse interval gets to the "on the plateau".
EFFECT: method widens range of means of detection of individual running strain during development of endurance.
