FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and covers immunogenic composition containing sequences of HIV-1 glycoprotein N-factor binding sites and elicitating Th-1 immune response to HIV. There is disclosed such immunogenic composition where sequences are related with N-factor binding sites in glycoproteins gp120 and gp41 (SEQ ID NOS: 1-5). To intensify the immune recognition of said composition and to reduce N-factor binding, sialic acid is removed.
EFFECT: invention inhibits autoimmune response through specific inhibition of N-factor induced C3b splitting to inactive cell fragments.
