SUBSTANCE: invention describes 12 peptide- simulators of human immunodeficiency type-1 virus protein gp41 conservative epitope prepared by affinity selection from phage peptide libraries. These peptides differ from HIV-1 protein gp41 conservative epitope by amino acid sequence but retain ability to bind with virus-neutralizing monoclonal antibodies 2F5. Invention ensures to obtain high-effective vaccine against HIV based on peptides indicated. Invention can be used in development of effective vaccine preparations against AIDS.
