SUBSTANCE: invention relates to robotics, particularly to robotic complexes designed to operate in hard-to-access and dangerous places under remote control. Proposed mobile complex comprises mobile robot, remote control station, robot-borne TV system consisting of separate video units. At least one video unit effects surveillance and is arranged on the operating member of the drive of individual guidance in horizontal and vertical planes. The complex incorporates additionally a remote video surveillance system. Mobile robot incorporates additional device to displace aforesaid additional system to preset location and its fast deployment. There is also an additional set of equipment comprising telescopic rod-extender with assembly designed to fasten the latter at mobile robot rear and video unit drive at its front.

EFFECT: continuous visual data, higher efficiency and longer life.
