FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction, namely to design of gates. Sectional gates comprise web made of hingedly joined panels, ends of which are installed in L-shaped guides, shaft located in upper part of gates, supported by end support brackets and joined to drive, parallel to panel planes, and shaft is equipped with cable reels fixed on its ends by means of adapters, and cables are connected to lower and/or upper panel of gates, torsion mechanisms with twisting springs put on driving shaft at its ends and fixed to it with their single ends. Shaft is arranged as hollow and cylindrical with key slots in areas of fixation of adapters for drums. In cross section of middle part shaft is arranged as octagonal from cold rolled steel profile. Sagging between any two support points of shaft amounts to not more than 1/600 of torsion mechanism length.
EFFECT: higher reliability of gates.
