FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to corrosion prevention, and is namely meant for preventing corrosion with chlorides in power boilers based on incineration of waste. Method involves measurement of corrosion degree in the boiler with corrosive medium and introduction of SO2 or SO3 containing chemicals or their precursors on the sections chosen in compliance with the measurement results for reducing or preventing high-temperature corrosion of metal surfaces. As per the other version, the method involves the arrangement of the device activating the cooled sensor with the corrodible section that contains temperature measuring devices of sensor and environment in the boiler specified place, periodic sensor removal for visual and/or physical examination, calibration of corrosion degree on the sensor on the basis of the sensor readings and data compared to the boiler components, e.g. tubes; use of calibrated sensor readings for determining corrosion degree of metal surfaces near the specified sensor location. As the inventions, there also described are devices configuration versions, which are designed for determining boiler corrosion, and corrosion control method on a real time basis and in operating mode of the boilers subject to high-temperature corrosion.
EFFECT: reduction of corrosion degree of boiler high-temperature surfaces and cost reduction.
