FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used in cardiology and therapy. Method of fractional analysis of modified blood lipoproteins is ensured by processing of blood serum with 7% polyethylene glycol-6000, incubations with staining agent Sudan B at 40°C during 1 h with following electrophoretic separation in agarose gel. In addition, before processing of blood serum with 7% polyethylene glycol-6000, 0.1% triton X-100 0.2 ml is added to the sample 0.6 ml and incubated 15 min at 20°C. The invention provides higher accuracy due to detection of additional minor fraction of modified lipoproteins LP (a), as well as simplicity of implementation and interpretation of the obtained data.
