FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of fraction test of modified blood lipoproteins is carried out by adding 0.2 ml of 0.1% triton X-100 to 0.6 ml of a patient's blood serum sample with incubating for 15 min at 20°C, agitating the mixture by shaking 120 times/min by lipoprotein disintegration, then adding 40 ml of 7% polyethylene glycol (PEG)-6000, incubating with Sudan B at 40°C for 1 h followed by electrophoretic separation in agarose gel.
EFFECT: use of the method allows detecting additional maximally intensive minor fraction of modified LP that provides higher diagnostics.
