SUBSTANCE: invention concerns radio engineering, in particular, to radio transmitting equipment applied on lines of multichannel digital communication with quadrature amplitude modulation, can be used in the field of digital broadcasting and digital TV. The method of quadrature amplitude modulation signals forming, carrier frequency forming is carried out by modulation and summation of two quadrature signals: sin (wt) and cos (wt) on two channels working in parallel, phase-amplitude modulation is performed in each of them by means of operated commutators and potential dividers, thus carrier fluctuation voltage division in each of two signal shaper quadrature channels of the quadrature amplitude modulation is carried out synchronously with a variable coefficient depending on signal to noise ratio on an input of the demodulator receiver, received on a feedback channel.

EFFECT: increase of antijamming ability in the conditions of complicated interfering conditions.
