SUBSTANCE: under this method all supplied information bites are divided in blocks by 4 bits, and quadrature u o u t Q and coherent u o u t I components are manipulated depending on values of the information bites of each block, for this they are respectively multiplied by coefficients 18/16, 17/16, 15/16, 14/16, 10/16, 9/16, 7/16, 6/16, and are manipulated values of coherent and quadrature components are summed.

EFFECT: forming of signal of quadrature amplitude modulation ensuring restoration of the transmitted combination of four bit symbols in case of wrong reception of one of voltage vectors transmitted in pairs as result of equipment failure or low ration signal-noise in the channel.
