SUBSTANCE: in the method of generating quadrature amplitude-shift keying signals, an incoming information bit stream is divided into blocks of four bits each. A sinusoidal signal is then generated, from which initial values of voltage of in-phase uI and quadrature uQ components are generated, which are keyed depending on the values of the first r1, second r2, third r3 and fourth r4 bits of the information bit stream. For values of r1 and r2, equal to one, the phases of u1 and uQ are changed by 180°. If r3=1, and r4=0, then as a result of keying u1 is multiplied by sin75°, and uQ is multiplied by cos75°, if r3=0, and r4=1, then uI is multiplied by sin15°, and uQ is multiplied by cos15°, if r3=0 and r4=0, then uI is multiplied by sin45°, and uQ is multiplied by cos45°, if r3=1 and r4=1, then uI and uQ are reduced threefold from the initial value. The keyed in-phase and quadrature components are then summed.
EFFECT: reduced peak factor value of the generated quadrature amplitude-shift keying signal structure by reducing differences in amplitude values of signal constellation vectors, which improves noise-immunity.
