FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: implant (1), designed for implantation in an anatomic, in particular, osteal structure by the first version contains at least two electrodes (4, 5) which are separated from each other by isolation material (6) and are located level with implant surface (1) with maintenance of tracing and moving direction of implant (1) during its implantation in anatomic structure. Implant (10), designed for implantation in an anatomic, in particular in osteal structure by the second version represents a body having channel (7) passing through it, which can contain the part of the adjusting instrument containing an electrode. Implant (10) body (2) contains the electrode (4) located level with at least a part of a peripheral surface of specified body (2). Adjusting instrument (11) intended for implant (1) installation in anatomic structure, in particular in an osteal anatomic structure by the first version contains agents of bond with power supply of implant's (1) electrodes (4, 5), when implant (1) is in contact to specified instrument (11), and agents of bond with an impedance gauge between specified electrodes (4, 5). Adjusting instrument (11) intended for implant (10) installation in anatomic structure, in particular in an osteal anatomic structure by the second version contains internal longitudinal part (9) executed with possibility of placing in channel (7) of specified implant (10) and formed by an electrode (15), an agent of connection with the power supply of electrode (15), instruments (11) and electrode (4) of implant (10), when implant (10) is in contact to specified instrument (11), and agents of bond with an impedance gauge between specified electrodes (14, 15).

EFFECT: possibility of tracking and the referred implant moving in the course of its implantation in an osteal structure which is drilled by the implant during its installation, or in the course of special preliminary operation.
