FIELD: melting furnace.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a gas melting furnace for remelting wastes of non-ferrous metals and alloys, such as: copper and its alloys – brass and bronze, aluminum and its alloys, zinc and its alloys. Furnace contains crucible, cylindrical casing, lining, furnace chamber, burner device, cover, gas outlet channels and furnace turning mechanism arranged on welded frame with welded trunnions for support and rotation of furnace, dust-gas cleaning system configured to operate on natural and artificial draft, wherein it is equipped with a heat-insulating layer consisting of three sheets of flexible heat-insulating glass-fiber mullite-siliceous felt MKRV-200, located thereon fire-resistant chamotte bricks with a layer of mullite non-shrinking padded mass filled with a lined chute with a lined cup, to which in lower part steel shaft is welded, rotating in bushing and resting on steel ball with possibility of turning through angle 145°, wherein the burner device is in form of a gas two-row eight-mix injection rectangular burner comprising in the first row mixers with twelve ribs cast inside the central channel to provide for combustion of gas-air mixture of flame with length of 2.7 meters, and in the second row mixers cast with smooth central channel to provide during combustion of gas-air mixture of flame with length of 1.6 meters, on welded frame there is hydraulic mechanism of furnace rotation with oil-bearing station, note here that metal pedestal is welded between stands of welded frame, bottom part of which is filled in furnace foundation while dust and gas cleaning system comprises mixing chamber, smoke exhauster and dust-gas cleaning unit.

EFFECT: providing high efficiency of the furnace, reduction of heat and loss losses and possibility of ecologically pure remelting of aluminum scrap.
