FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical diagnostics. The device contains a measuring cavity for reception of the blood sample which has preliminary set thickness. The reagent is placed in the dried up form on a surface defining a measuring cavity. The reagent contains a hemolysing agent for dissolution of red blood cells in the blood sample and a painting agent for selective staining of white blood cells in the blood sample. The system contains a sampling device and the measuring apparatus including the sampling device holder, a light source, system of formation of the image for reception of the sample augmentation digital image and the image analyser for analysing of the obtained digital image for determination of amount of white blood cells in the sample. The way of calculation of number of white blood cells is revealed.

EFFECT: invention allows excluding operation of sample preparation, to accelerate and simplify calculation procedure.
