FIELD: radio engineering and communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and commutation and can be used as a functional unit incorporated with various analog signal amplifiers, various-purpose analog microcircuits, e.g. operational amplifiers (OA), voltage stabilisers and comparators. Proposed current mirror comprises input (1) and output (2) transistors with their bases interconnected, while their emitters are connected to bus (3) of the 1st power source. Note here that input transistor collector is connected with current mirror input (4), while output transistor collector is connected with current mirror output (5). Additionally, proposed circuit incorporates 1st (6) and 2nd (7) transistors and extra inverting current amplifier (8) with its input (9) connected to collector of the said 1st transistor and its output (10) connected to current mirror output (5). Emitter of the 2nd transistor (7) is connected to that of the 1st transistor and to current mirror input (4). Bases of the 1st and 2nd are connected to the circuit (11) of setting static potential. Note here that collector of the 2nd transistor is connected with the base of input (1) and output (2) transistors.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of current transmission.
