SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and communication and can be used as a functional component of various analog signal amplifiers, in analog microcircuit structures of various purpose (e.g. in operational amplifiers (OA), comparators). Current mirror comprises input (1) and output (2) transistors with a common base and emitters connected to bus (3) of the first power source via the first supplementary resistor (4) and the second supplementary resistor (5). Collector of input transistor (1) is connected to input (6) of the current mirror and collector of output transistor (2) is connected to output (7) of the current mirror. The circuit incorporates the first current repeater (8) and the second current repeater (9). Input (10) of the first current repeater (8) is connected to common bases of input (1) and output (2) transistors, common input (11) of the first current repeater (8) is connected to input (6) of the current mirror, input (12) of the first current repeater (8) is connected to input (13) of the second current repeater (9), common input (14) of which is connected to emitter of input transistor (1), and input (15) is connected to static potential bias circuit (16).
EFFECT: improved accuracy of current transfer.
