SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of radio engineering and communication and may be used as device for amplification of analog signals in structure of analog microcircuit chips of various functional purpose (for instance, in operational amplifiers). Active load (AL) of differential amplifiers (DA) comprises output transistor (1), base of which is connected to current input (2) of active load, collector - to current output (3) of active load, and emitter is connected to base of input transistor (4) and auxiliary p-n transition (5), output transistor (6) of emitter voltage repeater (7), base of which is connected to current output (3) of active load, and emitter is connected to collector of auxiliary transistor (8) and potential output (9) of active load, besides emitter of auxiliary transistor (8) is connected to emitter of input transistor (4) and bus (10) of supply source, and input (2) of active load is connected to collector of input transistor (4). Base of auxiliary transistor (8) is connected to collector of input transistor (4).

EFFECT: improved static parametres of DA.
