SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of radio engineering and communication and may be used as functional unit of different analog signals amplification devices, in structure of analog microcircuit chips of different functional purpose (for instance, operational amplifiers (OA), voltage stabilisers, comparators). Current mirror comprises the first (1), second (2) and third (3) input transistors with combined bases, emitters of which are connected to bus of power supply source (4), input transistor of output emitter repeater (5), base of which is connected to output (6) of current mirror, besides input (7) of current mirror is connected to collector of the first (1) input transistor and is connected to bases of the first (1), second (2) and third (3) input transistors. Collector of the third input transistor (3) is connected to emitter of input transistor of output emitter repeater (5) via additional non-inverting current amplifier (8).

EFFECT: higher accuracy of transfer by current.
