FIELD: physics; communications.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to radio engineering and communications and can be used as functional node of various devices for amplifying analogue signals, in analogue microcircuits of various functional purposes (for example, operational amplifiers, comparators, stabilisers, etc.). Current mirror comprises input transistor (1), emitter of which is connected to the first bus (2) of the power supply, and collector is connected to the input (3) of the current mirror. The current mirror also has output transistor (4), emitter of which is connected to the first bus (2) of the power supply, and collector of which is connected to the output of the current mirror, and the first transistor (6) of the negative feedback circuit, the base of which is connected to the collector of input transistor (1), and the collector of which is connected to the input (7) of the inverting current amplifier (8). The bases of the input (1) and output (4) transistors are combined and connected to the output (9) of the inverting current amplifier (8). Common terminal (10) of the inverting current amplifier (8) is connected to the second (11) bus of the power supply. The emitter of the first transistor (6) of the negative feedback circuit is connected to extra source of bias voltage (12).
EFFECT: increased accuracy of current transmission.
