FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is represented by vegetable concentrate containing raw material extractives, carbohydrate containing additive, organic acid and drinking water. As extractives there are used: extract, containing extractives from bird cherry fruits, rowa-tree fruits, anise fruits, chamomile leaves, marjoram leaves, cinnamon infusion, "Tiakva" concentrate dry substances based on extract of green tea coarsed halms, multi component concentrate based on rowa-tree-barberry extract, lactulose concentrate "Laset"-P, sand sugar and honey are used as carbohydrate containing additive. Citric acid is used as organic acid. Table salt with following ratio of extratives and dry substances g/100 g. bird-tree fruits 0.320-0.385, rowa-tree fruits 0.850-1.120, anise fruits 0.048-0.125, chamomile leaves 0.145-0.210, marjoram leaves 0.475-0.612, cinnamon infusion 0.0035-0.0050, dry substances: "Tiakva" concentrate dry substances based on extract of green tea coarsed halms 7.125-7.650, multi component concentrate based on rowa-tree-barberry extract 7.245-7.850, lactulose concentrate "Laset"-P 1.150-1.375, sand sugar 30.150-33.150, honey 7.645-9.050, citric acid 0.150-0.215, table salt 0.350-0.468, drinking water the rest.
EFFECT: invention gives recreational influence on cardiovascular, nervous and respirator system, provides expanded range of vegetable concentrates with recreational influence on human body.
