FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: vegetable concentrate contains extractives: sage leaves, mother-of-thyme leaves, motherwort leaves, rosehips and cloves fruits infusion and dry substances. "Tiakva" concentrate dry substances based on extract of black tea coarsed halms, multi component concentrate based on oak bark or oak sawdust extract, malt-sugar concentrate "Rada", biologically active additive "Dolucar", table salt, sand sugar and citric acid. The concentrate also contains water. This provides for obtaining of concentrate. When added to tea, coffee, cocktail or boiled water produces mild spicy-fruit taste and flavour perception.
EFFECT: intake of mentioned concentrate provides mild and physiological effect on human body contributing to enhancing host defence and immune resistance and allows to expand range of gerodontolic food products.
