FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely otorhinolaryngology. Substance of the method consists in application of two perforations in punched apertures in maxillary sinus facial up to 5 mm in diametre. One perforation is formed to insert an endoscope into the sinus, while the other serves to insert a laser light guide. The perforations are applied with a distal part of the light guide face by the contact method in continuous mode at laser radiation power 10 W.
EFFECT: application of said invention allows for application of trephine perforations in maxillary sinus facial that is combined with microendoscopic intervention by with the distal part of the light guide face of a semiconductor laser.
