SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of waste flow decontamination and utilisation of the solid carbon-nitrogen containing waste with generating of biomethane for domestic needs in detached houses removed from lines of heat and power supply. Biogas generator with regulated capacity consists of lower tank, loading and deloading chutes and upper open tank. Reactor and gasholder are coincided in the lower tank. For capacity control and mixing the upper tank is connected with a lower tank with a tube.
EFFECT: simplifying of device construction and cost decreasing.
