FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns heat power industry and can be applied in heating boiler plants with boilers equipped with pneumatic spreaders, improving technical, economic and environmental indicators of heating boilers. The effect is achieved by aggregate for two-stage thermal plasmous preparation of lump fuel for burning, featuring cinder grinding system consisting of mill (8) connected to lump fuel tank (1) and cyclone (9). Device includes coal and cinder feeding systems, coal cinder tank (10) connected to plasma reactor (11) carrying pipe of tangential cinder and coal mix feeding on its cap. Lump coal is ground in mill (8), undergoes separation in cyclone (9) and is fed to coal cinder tank (10). At the first stage coal cinder is fed through low-temperature plasma flow generated by rotating electric arc in cross-section of reactor (11). At the second stage gasified carbon cinder flow is fed to reaction chamber (15) in the form of torch and mixes with main flow of lump coal and gasification agent. Their reaction results in synthesis gas used at the second stage by gas burning in muffle (16) for gasification of main fuel flow. After the muffle (16), partially gasified lump fuel is fed by pneumatic spreader (17) to heating boiler (18) furnace, where carbon cinder particles burn and fall out in the form of ash upon mixing with oxidising agent, and lump fuel exposed to thermal processing enters reaction of combustion.

EFFECT: improved technical, economic and environmental indicators of heating boilers.
