FIELD: physics, measurements.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of radio engineering, in particular to radio-electronic systems of coordinates measurement and may be used in board and surface radio-electronic systems of tracking. Substance of invention consists in the fact that for determination of speed of approaching of manoeuvre aircraft with radio-electronic system of tracking, parametres of its curvilinear motion are used: radius of circumference, along arc of which aircraft moves relative to radio-electronic system of tracking, variation of value of which is described by exponentially correlated process, and angular speed of aircraft motion, value of which is accepted as permanent.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of determination of speed of manoeuvre aircraft approaching with radio-electronic tracking system in the mode of radio silence.
