FIELD: physics; conductors.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a superconducting cable. In heat-insulating tube (2) there is cable core (3) of superconducting cable (1), which has first metal tube (21), second metal tube (22) and third metal tube (23), placed in that order radially from the inside of the heat-insulating tube. Between first metal tube (21) and second metal tube (22) inner heat-insulating part (5) is formed, and inside third metal tube (23) and outside inner heat-insulating part (5), outer heat-insulating part (7) is formed. Heat-insulating characteristics of the outer heat-insulating part are lower than those of the inner heat-insulating part.
EFFECT: design of a superconducting cable, capable of retaining heat-insulating function at a minimal level even if the outer part of the heat-insulating tube has been torn during transportation.
