SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutics, namely to a method for preparing a biologically active pharmaceutical substance for feeding an extracellular matrix and preventing locomotor diseases and barrier functions of respiratory and digestive apparatus. Method involves preparation of raw material - mechanical activation and grinding to a certain extent in a medium of inert gas or carbon dioxide, vegetable silicon-containing material, chondroitin sulphate, glucosamine sulphate, hyaluronic acid, methylsulphonylmethane, mixing components in certain proportions to homogeneous state, repeated mechanical activation of the obtained mixture in the medium of inert gas or carbon dioxide, milling to particle size of 1–5 mcm and microcapsules in cellulose microstructures.
