SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared. Potatoes, tomatoes, paprikas and raw onions are sliced and blanched. Green parsley is chopped and frozen. Tofu is cut. The ingredients above-mentioned are mixed with culinary salt and calcium ascorbate under oxygen-free conditions. Obtained mixture and mayonnaise are packed. Then sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
