FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to preserved food industry. According to the method pre-processed fruits are put in jars, warmed up by warm air supply alternatively to the first and to the second neck sectional area during 3-3.5 minutes. After that jars are filled with solution at 95-97°C, microwave-treated, sealed and sterilised in autoclave according to the new mood.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve end product quality and provide thermal energy economy.
