SUBSTANCE: invention relates to couch furniture, precisely to upholstered furniture in premises and at the same time to advertising industry and is aimed at using pieces of furniture effectively as an advertising medium. Article of upholstered furniture with an advertising or information surface contains a seat, back, arms placed on the side ends, legs and underframe attached to each other with a shell. The sides are made with plane outer surface mainly, and underframe is formed mainly by front plane end surface of the seat. The seat, back and sides are made in the form of bulk structure with elastic filler and decorative coat. Advertising or information surface is the surface of the decoration coat of inner or outer surface of at least one side, or back or inner surface of the back or the seat's surface, or the underframe, or their combination. At least one silk graphic image of logo or trade mark or advertising information or their combination is applied on each advertising or information surface.
EFFECT: invention allows providing its high consumer properties without complicating construction of upholstered furniture.
