SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to reconstructive surgery. Patients with a remaining nipple undergo an operative treatment of post-burn deformations of mammary glands involving areola formation. With a bordering circular incision surrounding the remaining nipple, a circle is drawn around from adjoining preliminary stretched tissues and scars of diametre that matches that of areola of a symmetric gland. A mammillary areolar complex formed thereby along with a deformed mammary gland is moved to the position matching that of the mammillary areolar complex of an intact gland. The stretched tissues within mammary gland are holed to fix the regenerated mammillary areolar complex.
EFFECT: method allows eliminating to intervention on an intact mammary gland.
