FIELD: cosmetology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetology, precisely to facial massage for rejuvenating and revitalising skin integuments of face and low neck of a man. Manual facial massage is performed by multistage massaging actions by hands over face, neck and low neck. Massaging actions are made along massage lines by static force action over massaged surface with simultaneous vibration action performed without forming horizontal deviation of soft tissues towards the bone. On the first stage the massage is made by closed forefingers and middle finger of both hands, on the second stage - by closed forefinger, middle and ring fingers of both hands, on the third stage - closed forefinger, middle and ring fingers, and little finger, on the forth stage - folded hands, on the firth stage the action is performed by open palms, one the sixth stage - by folded hands. Fingers or folded hands are moved along the massage lines towards a boarder of the previous action.

EFFECT: method ensures steady lifting of muscles of face, neck and low neck, improved functioning of vessels and normalising skin function.
