FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical agents normalising urination, and can be used as means for correction of dysuric disorders of various geneses, including caused by infectious-inflammatory and neuroendocrinological factors. There is declared pharmaceutical composition normalising urination, containing as a reactant, peptide glutamyl- aspartic acid in effective amount of general formula: H-Glu-Asp-OH of a sequences 1 [SEQ ID NO:1] and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. There is declared agent containing peptide- aspartic acid of general formula: H-Glu-Asp-OH of a sequence 1 [SEQ ID NO:1] showing biological activity with regard to normalising urination. There is disclosed method of detrusor-sphincter continence consisting in introduction to the patient of the pharmaceutical composition containing as a reactant, peptide glutamyl- aspartic acid in effective amount of general formula: H-Glu-Asp-OH of a sequence 1 [SEQ ID NO:1].
EFFECT: enabled normalising of urination by detrusor-sphincter continence.
