SUBSTANCE: method for preparation of cured polysaccharide chromatographic matrix includes preparation of the gel-forming polysaccharide water solution whereat part of hydroxyl groups is substituted with groups non-sensitive to nucleophilic attack; obtaining of actually spherical drops of substituted polysaccharide; gel obtaining from the solution of substituted polysaccharide and gel curing. The present invention refers also to the chromatographic column filled with matrix thereof as well as to its application.
EFFECT: enhancing of fluidity properties.
