SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to producing Fc-binding polypeptides with improved alkaline stability, comprising a mutant of Fc-binding domain of protein A Staphylococcus (SpA), selected from a group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 8–20, 23–28 and 30–48. Produced peptides are used in separating matrices for separation of immunoglobulins and other Fc-containing proteins.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain separation matrices capable of withstanding high-alkaline conditions during purification.
