FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chromatography, particularly, to versions of matrixes and those of their production. Proposed method comprises treatment by salt whereat anion represents sulphate native polysaccharide gel, and cross-linking of polysaccharide by adding, for example, epichlorohydrin, divinyl sulphone, diepoxides, and diisocyanates. Matrix can be made up of particles, membranes or one-piece materials, and used for extracting and/or removing biomolecules or organic molecules from fluids.
EFFECT: cross-linked polysaccharide separation matrix suitable for large-scale processes.
